Papers will be published ONLY if at least one author registers to the conference in Full status

Only Mastercard and Visa type credit cards are accepted. Bank transfer payment is available, all bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrants.

What is included in the fees?

There will be extra fees for conference dinner for students and accompanying guests.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions

Cancellation of registration/refund
Until 28 April 2017, 17.00 CET %25 Administration Charge
After 28 April 2017, 17.00 CET No Refund

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the CAAD Futures 2017 Secretariat by email or fax. The refunds will be made after the Congress. Should a delegate not attend the congress, for whatever reasons, no further claims for reimbursement or waiving of fees can be made.

Name changes
Name changes only in exceptional cases, at a cost of 25.-Euro. Written permission from the original participant will be required in order to process an individual name change.
A new registration form for each replacement participant will be required before the name change can be processed. Deadline for name changes is 3 July 2017

Admittance
The congress reserves the right to deny admission to any applicant.

Accompanying Persons Registrations
The “Accompanying Persons” category is for spouses, friends, and significant others who are NOT professionals in the field of beekeeping and are joining a full paid congress registrant.

Student Registration
Students must provide “proof of student” (transcript, copy of a current student identification card, or letter signed by head of department) before picking up the name badge.

Lost Badges
A fixed price of 25.-Euro will be charged for the replacement of lost badges.
